Puri Mas Boutique Resort & Spa, Senggigi

My stay at this hotel was incredible. The rooms were situated beachside, and despite the dark sunset view, they were lovely, very clean, and stylish with a huge bathroom. The service was exceptional with the staff showing warmth and attentiveness, although some training might be needed as some orders were forgotten. The location was perfect, quiet, and peaceful, close to the Senggigi area. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the gyu-don dishes. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly memorable.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience with its charming traditional Lombok style rooms, friendly service, and lovely sea view location. However, the distance from city attractions could be a downside, and the dining options were somewhat limited.

The hotel had gorgeous and comfortable rooms with stunning bed and bathroom, but lizards were frequently seen in the area. The service was awesome with a complimentary aromatherapy massage, yet there were instances of slow and inattentive staff. The location was perfect and relaxing, offering an incredible outlook, though there was a billing discrepancy. The dining was good, but we opted for an outside restaurant for dinner. The facilities were luxurious and well-maintained.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated with Indonesian furniture, large bath, and a separate shower. I enjoyed the open sky shower made with local materials while taking in the breathtaking ocean view and amazing sunset.

I was really impressed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are all unique and beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped, but unfortunately, I had no view of the garden. The service was fantastic, especially considering the challenges the staff faced with recent earthquakes and devastation. The location is amazing, offering a stunning view and a peaceful atmosphere, although it is a bit off from the Ubud center. The dining experience was top-notch at the 'almost in the water' restaurant, and the facilities were excellent.
